Business & Fleet Protection Plans Built for Real Operations

Lock & Road Pro Services LLC offers Business & Fleet Protection Plans designed to support organizations that rely on commercial properties and fleet vehicles to operate day-to-day. These plans bring business repair needs and fleet-related issues under a single, structured framework to simplify coordination and reduce disruption when problems arise.

Rather than managing separate providers, accounts, and rules for property and vehicle issues, Business & Fleet Protection Plans provide a more organized, authorization-based approach to eligible services across both areas — helping businesses maintain continuity while remaining subject to availability, operational capacity, and plan terms.

BUILT FOR COMMERCIAL OPERATIONS AND FLEET RELIABILITY

When Business Locations or Fleet Vehicles Go Down, Operations Are Impacted

For businesses, disruptions don’t stop at the front door or the parking lot. Issues at a commercial property or within a fleet can delay crews, interrupt schedules, and create cascading operational challenges when timing matters most.

The Business & Fleet Protection Plan is designed to help organizations address these realities by bringing business repairs and fleet-related issues under one coordinated framework — setting clear expectations around response, coordination, and cost control before diving into the specific benefits below.

Keeping Operations Moving

When issues arise at a business location or within a fleet, the impact is immediate — delayed jobs, missed appointments, and operational disruption. Business & Fleet Protection Plans are designed to support coordinated response across both facilities and vehicles when problems interrupt day-to-day operations.

One Framework for Property and Fleet Issues

Handling business repairs and fleet-related needs separately often leads to fragmented coordination and inconsistent outcomes. This plan brings both under a single structured framework, helping businesses manage requests, approvals, and service coordination more efficiently.

Clearer Cost Expectations Across Business and Fleet

Unexpected repairs and vehicle issues can quickly create cost uncertainty. By establishing defined benefits and plan-based cost protections across both business and fleet-related services, these plans help organizations plan more effectively and avoid reactive, one-off decisions.

BUILT TO SCALE WITH BUSINESS AND FLEET NEEDS

Choose the Business & Fleet Protection Plan That Fits Your Operation

Business & Fleet Protection Plans are structured to support different operating sizes, vehicle counts, and service demands. Whether managing a single location with a small fleet or coordinating multiple sites and vehicles, plan options are designed to reflect how your business operates, how critical uptime is, and how much cost predictability you want in place.

Compare plan levels to select the option that best aligns with your operational footprint, coordination needs, and budget preferences — while all services remain authorization-based and subject to plan terms and availability.

Do Business & Fleet Protection Plans Make Sense for Your Operation?

If your business depends on physical locations, vehicles, or crews staying active, unplanned repairs and fleet issues can quickly disrupt schedules and revenue. Handling those needs separately often creates delays, inconsistent coordination, and unpredictable costs.

Business & Fleet Protection Plans are designed for organizations that want a more structured, predictable approach to managing both business repair needs and fleet-related issues — while still operating within authorization, availability, and plan terms.

Business & Fleet Protection Plans — Legal Disclaimer & Policy Notice

Business & Fleet Protection Plans are bundled membership programs designed to combine commercial repair services and fleet-related support into a single account and billing structure. These plans provide priority coordination, defined plan benefits, and cost considerations for eligible business and fleet solutions when approved. Business & Fleet Protection Plans do not guarantee service availability, dispatch, response times, pricing outcomes, or results.

Program Nature & No-Guarantee Notice

Enrollment in a Business & Fleet Protection Plan does not guarantee service availability, scheduling, response times, pricing outcomes, completion timelines, or scope approval. Business & Fleet Protection Plans do not create a duty to respond, dispatch, or perform work beyond the defined benefits of the selected plan level.

All business repair and fleet-related services are offered on an as-available, authorization-based basis and remain subject to review, scope confirmation, safety requirements, technician availability, and operational capacity.

Service Requests, Review & Authorization

All business and fleet service requests are subject to documented review, scope confirmation, property access, vehicle condition (if applicable), safety requirements, technician availability, and operational capacity at the time of scheduling or dispatch. Submission of a service request does not constitute acceptance, authorization, dispatch, or a commitment to perform work. No services will be performed without explicit authorization following review and scope approval. Lock & Road Pro Services LLC reserves the right to decline, delay, reschedule, or cancel any request at its sole discretion.

Plan Benefits & Limitations

Plan benefits may include, when applicable and as defined by the underlying business and fleet services included in the selected plan:

  • Waived service call or dispatch fees
  • Waived assessments or inspections (when applicable)
  • Reduced labor rates for eligible services
  • Limited emergency or after-hours premium reductions
  • Included service events

Benefits are limited in quantity, apply only to eligible services, and do not combine, stack, or override plan-specific limits.

Business & Fleet Protection Plans do not include:

  • Unlimited services
  • Labor hours beyond defined service events
  • Materials, parts, fuel, batteries, or consumables
  • Towing, collision services, or accident response

  • Permits, inspections, or code compliance work

Any services outside defined plan benefits require a separate quote and written authorization.

Emergency & After-Hours Services

Emergency and after-hours roadside services may be included under this plan only as expressly defined by the applicable plan level. Emergency or after-hours business, fleet, facility, or property-related services are not included and, if requested, are subject to additional fees, availability limitations, and operational review. Emergency classification and response eligibility are determined solely at the Company’s discretion based on service type, location, safety considerations, vehicle condition, and operational capacity.

Any waived or reduced emergency or after-hours premiums included in a Business & Fleet Protection Plan are capped and limited in quantity, apply only to eligible roadside services, and do not override safety requirements, access limitations, staffing constraints, vehicle condition requirements, or operational capacity. Waivers do not constitute guaranteed service, response time, or priority handling.

Billing, Charges & Financial Terms

All business and fleet services performed under a Business & Fleet Protection Plan remain billable unless explicitly waived under the applicable plan level. Charges are governed by the approved scope of work and the Company’s pricing structure in effect at the time of authorization. Enrollment in a Business & Fleet Protection Plan does not lock pricing, guarantee discounts, or override applicable fees.
