Roadside Access – Master Policy

Effective Date: December 27, 2025
Last Updated: December 27, 2025

This Roadside Access – Master Policy (“Policy”) is issued by and constitutes a legally binding agreement governing Roadside Access enrollment and use between Lock & Road Pro Services LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and any individual or entity (“Member,” “Client,” or “you”) who enrolls in, maintains, renews, references, or attempts to use any Roadside Access plan.

Enrollment grants conditional access to request eligible roadside services under the terms, limitations, and exclusions outlined in this Policy and the Company’s governing documents.

I. Overview and Nature of Roadside Access

Roadside Access provides enrolled members with priority access to select roadside assistance solutions offered by the Company.

Roadside Access is not insurance, not a warranty, not a prepaid service contract, and does not guarantee service availability, response time, dispatch, or outcome.

All roadside services are provided on an as-available basis, subject to location, conditions, operational capacity, safety considerations, and Company discretion.

II. Scope of Roadside Access

Roadside Access may provide eligibility to request services that may include, but are not limited to:

  • Lockout assistance
  • Jump starts
  • Tire changes
  • Fuel delivery
  • Limited mobile roadside support

Specific services, usage limits, access levels, and eligibility criteria vary by plan tier and are defined on the applicable Roadside Access Plan page and in the Applicable Roadside Access Plan Terms.

III. Exclusions

Roadside Access does not include:

  • Guaranteed dispatch or response times
  • Unlimited usage or unrestricted service access
  • Free services unless expressly stated
  • Towing or vehicle transport unless explicitly stated in writing
  • Repairs beyond basic roadside assistance
  • Mechanical diagnostics or vehicle repair

IV. Access Versus Service Clarification

Roadside Access provides access to request service only.

Enrollment does not create an obligation to dispatch, perform services, approve requests, or prioritize response.

All roadside service requests remain subject to:

  • Location and service area limitations
  • Vehicle accessibility and safety conditions
  • Weather, traffic, and environmental constraints
  • Technician availability and operational capacity
  • Legal, regulatory, and insurance requirements

The Company reserves sole discretion to approve, decline, delay, reschedule, or cancel any roadside service request.

V. Emergency and After-Hours Classification

Certain roadside situations may be classified as emergency or after-hours services, including but not limited to:

  • Requests made outside standard operating hours
  • Situations involving safety risks or hazardous conditions
  • Requests requiring immediate response

Emergency or after-hours classification is determined solely by the Company and may result in additional fees, even for enrolled members, unless expressly reduced or waived under the applicable plan tier.

Emergency and after-hours services are governed by the Emergency Services Notice.

VI. Fees, Charges, and Exclusions

Roadside Access plans may reduce or waive certain fees, such as service call or emergency dispatch fees, only where expressly stated in the applicable plan terms.

Roadside Access does not cover:

  • Materials, parts, fuel, fluids, or consumables
  • Vehicle damage, defects, or pre-existing conditions
  • Secondary services or follow-up repairs
  • Costs resulting from unsafe, inaccessible, or non-compliant conditions

All pricing, fees, and charges are governed by the Pricing & Payment Policy and are confirmed prior to service when practicable.

VII. Usage Limits

Each Roadside Access plan includes defined usage limits per service type and/or per enrollment term.

Exceeding plan limits results in standard service charges.

Unused services do not roll over unless expressly stated.

Excessive usage, misuse, or abuse may result in suspension or termination of access.

VIII. Member Responsibilities

Members are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate vehicle, location, and contact information
  • Ensuring lawful, safe, and unobstructed access to the vehicle
  • Remaining present or reachable during service coordination
  • Complying with all safety, conduct, and site requirements

Failure to meet these responsibilities may result in refusal of service, delays, additional charges, or suspension of access.

IX. No Guarantee and Limitation of Liability

Roadside services are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis.

The Company does not guarantee:

  • Service availability or dispatch
  • Response or arrival times
  • Successful resolution or completion

Liability is limited as set forth in the Work Order & Service Authorization Agreement and the Policies & Terms – Master Notice.

X. Cancellation, Suspension, and Termination

The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate Roadside Access for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Policy violations or misuse
  • Excessive or abusive service requests
  • Non-payment or unresolved billing disputes
  • Unsafe, fraudulent, or hostile behavior

Termination does not entitle the member to refunds or credits unless required by law.

XI. Governing Documents and Hierarchy

This Policy is governed by and must be read in conjunction with:

  • Policies & Terms – Master Notice
  • Pricing & Payment Policy
  • Emergency Services Notice
  • Work Order & Service Authorization Agreement
  • Applicable Roadside Access Plan Terms

In the event of a conflict, the Company’s master governing policies control.
